Müller-613

This flavour made in the 613 is named in honour of a 613-metre-long ice core pulled this May from the Müller Ice Cap on Axel Heibergs Island in Nunavut- the longest ice core ever extracted in Canadian history! So how could we not name this flavour after the 613 as well! It's local and it's Canadian! Müller-613 is the new and final of three Merry Dairy flavours made in collaboration with glacier researchers at the University of Ottawa marking the International Year of the Glacier and in support of awareness for Girls on Ice Canada and their programs that interweave science, art and adventure to inspire leadership, curiosity and confidence in the next generation of leaders! To celebrate the uniquely layered climate timeline that each ice core represents (perhaps tracing back temperature fluctuations over as much as 20,000 years) hidden in this glacier core, our production team has created a pint with three distinct layers: Oreo, blue vanilla, and lime sorbet - representing the layers and colours found in an ice core!
