Pick up at our shop at 102 Fairmont Ave beginning at noon during regular business hours
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
- We deliver Wednesday to Saturday between 3-7 pm. Order by 2 pm for next-day delivery!
- If you are inside an apartment or condo please leave a buzz code or other contact instructions, ie mobile #.
- If you are not available to accept delivery of your order, it will be returned to our shop for pickup and you will be notified.
- If you require delivery by a certain time, please indicate in the notes of your order. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we will do our very best to meet it!
BIKE DELIVERY?
- Yes!
- Live in Zone 1 (Hintonburg/Wellington West)? We deliver by bike when possible, weather permitting
- Live in Zones 2, 3 or 4 (Glebe/Centretown, Carlington, Westboro)? We deliver by bike when possible, weather and volume of deliveries permitting 🙂

PS – what is your postal code? We deliver to all Ottawa postal codes so perhaps there is a glitch
Marlene I am also at this location and I think what is happening is some of the houses are considered manotick (the are not a K1 postal code) and some are part of Ottawa. So many delivery places won’t do us, though we are in the city and just as close as Barrhaven
We think we’ve programmed all Ottawa postal codes! Are you K1V or a different prefix?

How much do you charge for deliveries that are under $50.
Hi there! While we offer free delivery anywhere in Ottawa with minimum order of $50, we offer deliver for orders under that amount with a charge of $1 per km from your address to our shop which is at 102 Fairmont, with a $5 minimum charge. To use that option, choose pickup in checkout and include your delivery address in the notes and we will amend your order with the delivery charge
I notice you are out of stock on a couple items (yay, congrats on the success!). How often will it be replenished (if so)? Thanks!
Hi – and thank you for your kind words. The short answer is as quickly as we can! For example last night, we added more pints of Mini-Eggs! and Vegan Chocolate Salted Toffee. As well, we added a Vegan Key Lime Pie! Our next upload of flavours will be on Monday or Tuesday.

What we can do for tonight if you like is delivery pints, sandwiches or an ice cream cake. We have a delivery fee for the truck based on kilometres from 102 Fairmont, which would be $75. We waive the delivery fee for orders of $250 or more if you want to combine some orders. In terms of booking the truck for soft serve ice cream, we can do that next time with more notice as we have to staff the truck and make sure it’s ready! 🙂
Hi I just realized Friday is a holiday but I set my pickup for then. Should I come tomorrow instead?

It’s one of our favourites too! We usually make it in February after the Christmas flavours, but you never know! If we do make it, we will let you know! 🙂
If I order the truck to come, do I have to select my items ahead of time, or are the guests I am offering the service to able to select what they want when the truck arrives?
Hi Bonnie! Thank you for the question! 🙂 While the lockdown has been on, we have been delivery pre-orders. As things open up, we are taking bookings for distanced events where we can serve ice cream for the truck. We are not yet doing open sales (ie, show up and people pay). Same-day pickups and next-day deliveries are great initiatives I think. Whose this very important for buildup a business.
