Neither Grapes nor Nuts, They may look like grape seeds, and that may be why they have that name,but they are a nutty, crunchy wheat-based cereal,that goes great with our premium vanilla base! If you're from the Maritimes or from Jamaica, you may already know how yummy this is. The Merry Dairy's version keeps the crunch in the Grape Nuts by toasting and candying them first!
