Yummy and for a great cause. In partnership with a local troop, we secured a supply of chocolatey mint cookies. We then crumble and fold them in to our premium dairy base for a minty cookies and cream combination that is a special treat! And what are chocolatey mint cookies? It's a chocolatey mint coating around a crunchy chocolate cookie! Delicious on their own and fantastic as an ice cream!

Ingredients

Premium Dairy Base (Fresh cream, sugar, skim milk powder, egg yolk, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan), Chocolate Base (Water, Sugar, Cocoa powder, Less Than 2% Of: Vanilla Extract, Natural Chocolate Flavour, Salt, Espresso powder), Chocolatey Mint Girl Guide Cookies ((Chocolatey coating (sugar, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, cocoa, salt, sorbitan tristearate, soya lecithin, natural flavour)), Sugar/glucose-fructose, Enriched wheat flour, Vegetable oil shortening (contains modified palm oil, canola oil and palm kernel oil), Cocoa, Corn starch, Whey powder, Salt, Baking soda, Ammonium bicarbonate, Soya lecithin, Natural flavour.
