And that equation, is a mind-blowing (ok, there's a wee bit of brandy included) flavour that makes you grateful that the cherry harvest happened and it's just too easy to believe that they were picked just for this ice cream flavour. And so, cherry chip, the simplest of flavour names, makes the most awesome of flavour combinations.
