Description

Let the (chocolate) chips fall where they may when saucy sour cherries fresh from Niagara enter the equation. And that equation, is a mind-blowing (ok, there's a wee bit of brandy included) flavour that makes you grateful that the cherry harvest happened and it's just too easy to believe that they were picked just for this ice cream flavour. And so, cherry chip, the simplest of flavour names, makes the most awesome of flavour combinations.

Premium Dairy Base (Cream, Sugar, Skim milk powder, Egg yolk, Guar gum, Locust bean gum, Carrageenan), Cherry Sauce Swirl Add-in (Cherries, sweet, frozen, sweetened, Sugar, Ingredient Estimated Weight/Volume Role in Bottle Water ~430g – 460g The primary liquid base. Sugar / Sweetener ~170g – 200g Provides the syrupy "liqueur" texture. Alcohol (Brandy/Spirits) ~89g (112.5ml) 15% of the total volume is pure ethanol. Cherry Components ~15g – 30g Concentrated juice and extracts.
