Description
We searched for great black licorice - and found some at Dutch Groceries on Merivale Road, among other places. That black licorice is gently melted down combining with our premium vanilla ice cream to make a licorice flavour that is lico-rich and satisfying. And if you think Jon or Susie are the only ones who loves licorice, guess again. Next time we make it, we might just name this flavour Hershel's licorice, or the person who wrote us anonymously to suggest that we call a licorice flavour Back in Black. Bottom line is that if you love licorice and ice cream, thank Jon and Susie and Hershel (who suggested Blue Licorice) and the AC/DC person. And if you don't love licorice, maybe this flavour will change your mind. Maybe :)
