Imagine creating your own ice cream flavour. Now imagine being 8 years old and doing that. Led by Miss Pagliarello at St Elizabeth’s school, her class did exactly that! They sent us 6 flavour ideas and our top chefs evaluated each one. Each flavour was fantastic. Red Velvet cookie dough aka Red Delight is the one we picked.
