Description
A "prodotto agroalimentare tradizionale" from the Lombard region of Italy, mascarpone cheese is a delicate, yet rich and smooth addition to our premium vanilla base. Taken together, these two flavours produce an ice cream that has only the slightest hint of umami, with a smoothness and texture that pays its respects to the traditions of Lombardy. Add in cherry, and this complex ice cream is combined with the lovely sweetness of cherry. E tombola (bingo!), a new ice cream is born!
