The Mint marches in during the month of July, as The Fairmont Mint opens and selects the freshest mint to be steeped with fresh cream and gently combined with melted chocolate to make delicate stracciatella flakes. It's a once a year flavour that celebrates summer and pays homage to the loveliness of common mint!
