Back in the day you may have finished your night in the oak panelled sitting room and parlour, with your snifter of courvoisier, as you pontificate over world politics while enjoying a caramel between swirls of sips. But when life today has no time for oak rooms, snifters and caramels, you can grab that bowl and scoop some Caramel & Cognac, house-made caramel sauce infused with oh-so-pretty and VSOP (very special old pale) courvoisier swirled into a premium vanilla base infused with smoky oaky-ness. Yes, it's that pretentious.
