Blue Ribbon Salted Chocolate

A flavour made especially for our friends in CF Canada to support Cystic Fibrosis Research, it has lovely blue salted chocolate ribbon strands or stracciatella, as they say in Italy. Why blue? Because blue is the one of the colours of CF Canada. Why salted? Because people with CF lose a lot of salt in their sweat, so they must eat more salty foods, especially during hot, humid weather (Source: CF Foundation). And as a bonus, all pints are topped with a blue salted chocolate chip cookie! And if you're getting it as a scoop from our shop, this flavour is gluten-free! Why Blue Ribbon? Because when we were growing up and went to the country fair, Blue Ribbon was the prize, and the prize for Cystic Fibrosis is the cure. Great strides have been made thanks to so many, but every step counts.
