Description

It's been said Bytown had a lot of lumberjacks. And so, when the 200th birthday of Bytown rolled around, we logged a couple of ideas and came up with a Canadian combo we feel would have been a worthy end to a hard workin' lumberjack's day. With rich maple (made with Ottawa Valley maple syrup!) and coffee ice creams are layered together with pretzel sticks, a hint of dark chocolate, and a kick of espresso. It's bold, sweet, and slightly complex and sweet, like the hearts of the waltzing log drivers themselves.
